Stel een doordacht ICT-beleid op met de ICT-beleidsplanner
Wist je dat scholen met een ICT-beleidsplan er in de praktijk vaker in slagen om ICT op een goede manier te integreren?
Een ICT-beleidsplan is een document waarin staat welke plaats ICT In je onderwijs krijgt. Het bevat strategische elementen, zoals je ICT-visie, maar ook erg praktische elementen, zoals de inventarisatie van je digitale toestellen.
- Een ICT-beleidsplan is niet verplicht, maar biedt mogelijkheden om een duidelijke visie op het ICT-gebruik in de school uit te bouwen.
- Het document is geen doel op zich. Het biedt een overzicht waarbij het deel uitmaakt en verwijst naar reeds bestaande documenten uit je schoolwerkplan.
- Het ICT-beleidsplan is een werkmiddel om verandering in de klaspraktijk teweeg te brengen. Het moet dus leven bij en gedragen zijn door het team en opgevolgd worden.
Studies bewijzen dat een ICT-beleidsplan succesvol kan worden geïntegreerd wanneer het:
- in teamverband wordt uitgewerkt waarbij het proces best wel wordt geleid door een zichtbare coördinator (Vanderlinde, van Braak et al., 2012).
- cyclisch wordt opgevat waarbij het nooit ‘af’ is en evolueert doorheen de tijd (Fishman & Zhang, 2003).
- vertrekt vanuit een gedragen visie op onderwijs (Fishman & Zhang, 2003; Vanderlinde & van Braak, 2012).
- geënt is op de specifieke kenmerken van de school (Vanderlinde, van Braak et al., 2012).
Aan de slag met de ICT-beleidsplanner van Kenniscentrum Digisprong
Het kenniscentrum Digisprong ontwikkelde de ICT-beleidsplanner om je mee op weg te helpen. De planner bestaat uit:
- Een sjabloon voor scholen die nog geen (of een verouderd) ICT-beleidsplan hebben.
- Een overzichtslijst voor scholen die al een beleidsplan hebben.
- Hulpmiddelen om invulling te geven aan het ICT-beleidsplan:
- wegwijzers die thema’s behandelen;
- actieplanner;
- budget- & inventaristool.

Wegwijzers als hulpmiddel

Je kan de financiële situatie per component van het 4-in-balansmodel noteren.

Actieplanner
Met de actieplanner bewaar je het overzicht van de acties die je voorziet in je ICT-beleidsplan. Het is gebaseerd op het sjabloon van het kenniscentrum Digisprong maar kan gebruikt worden in elke context. Het ondersteunt je bij het structureren van je prioriteiten en acties en helpt je cyclisch te werken m.b.v het PDCA-model.
