WW I: Book trolley

These reading and viewing books introduce your students to the history of the First World War in various ways; through exciting and moving stories, through images, photos and prints. A missing father, a family on the run and life as a soldier are just some of the topics covered.

Attention is also paid to children who today are still confronted with the consequences of war: testimonies from Congo, Afghanistan, Palestine, .... In this way the link is made with their own environment. The non-fiction books, for both young people and the older audience, provide the teachers with background information and illustration material.
